In 2008 Autumn Tone re-released 3 of J. Tillman's albums: Long May You Run, I Will Return, and Cancer and Delirium. In addition to his solo career, Tillman also is the drummer in the wonderfully winter hymnally Fleet Foxes.
Below are my picks for early Tillman, late Tillman, and Tillman the drummer. All are best listened to bundled up in a blanket by a camp fire with a loved one (late Tillman) OR whiskey (early Tillman) by your side.

Happy Winter Everyone! Holidaze!
On Jan 26 2K10 I will be releasing Die Young on Autumn Tone Records. This label has believed in my music for some time now. Partnershipz!

Me and the band are busy rehearsing and wearing silly looking hats and coats to shield the frosty Brooklyn wind. In the meantime, I'll be posting about some of my labelmates on Autumn Tone.

First up is The Henry Clay People. Check them out! Now! These dudes have been touring for a while now. I first saw them at a Christmas show in L.A. in 2007. They drunkenly sang their songs in Santa suits and Joey (guitar) jumped of the stage to do a drunken spin/crawl/fetal awakening move on the floor in front of the stage. Their songs are timeless and make me want to drink beer. Cheap beer.
